By using the mobile game Block Clear 3D (the "Service") provided by Fortheplays ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Service and make purchases.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not: reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or use cheats/bots/hacks in the Service.
We may modify or terminate the Service at any time.
Data Loss: Game data is saved locally and via Unity Cloud Save linked to your Google Play Games account. We are not responsible for lost data if you delete the app, change devices, or fail to link your account.
The Service includes advertisements and third-party SDKs. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or services.
You may purchase virtual goods or features within the Service using real-world money.
Consumables (e.g., Gold, Hints): Depleted upon use within the gameplay. Consumables cannot be restored if game data is lost or if the app is deleted.
Non-consumables (e.g., Remove Ads): Tied to your platform account (e.g., Google Play) and can be restored upon reinstallation or device change. Note: The "Remove Ads" feature only removes interstitial and banner ads (such as puzzle completion ads); it does NOT eliminate rewarded video ads that users voluntarily choose to watch for rewards.
Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real money.
Refunds are processed according to the policies of the platform store (e.g., Google Play) and applicable consumer protection laws in your country (such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in the Republic of Korea).
Unused Items: You may request a refund for unused virtual goods within 7 days of purchase, subject to the platform's refund policy.
Used Items: Consumables (Gold, Hints) are strictly non-refundable once any portion of the purchased bundle has been used or consumed.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to the user interface, graphics, audio, and gameplay mechanics) belong solely to Fortheplays.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
